Function Information

Barrett's Alehouse can accommodate both small and large private parties. The location of the party within each restaurant will depend on the date, weather and number of people.

When planning a special event at Barrett's Alehouse, you can choose from various menus which are described on the following pages. Our expert culinary staff can also customize a menu to suit your particular needs and tastes. Final menu selections are due 10 days prior to the scheduled event.

Our insurance policy requires that ALL food and beverage must be provided by Barrett's Alehouse and consumed on premises. No food will be allowed to be taken off premises. Additionally, you may be responsible to read and sign our policy for responsible alcoholic services. We reserve the right to monitor and limit the alcohol consumed by guests. We also ID when necessary to ensure that guests who are consuming alcohol are of legal Massachusetts age.

A nonrefundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking your event.

Barrett's Alehouse must be notified of the EXACT number of guests 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. Final guarantees are not subject to reduction.

The booking of a private party will be based upon a minimum of 150 guests between the hours of 12 and 4 pm with a food and beverage minimum. The final approval of ALL private parties is at the discretion of the management of Barrett's Alehouse. Please no exceptions.

All food and beverage items are subject to a 7% State & Local tax, 18% gratuity & 2% taxable administrative charge. All prices are subject to change without notice, pending fluctuating market prices.

We will be happy to discuss any equipment needs that your event may require.

The room charge is based upon the number of guests and food & beverage minimums. The minimum Room Charge Fee is $200.

We reserve the right to approve all entertainment for private functions.
